We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.
- Returns are for Store Credit only! Online order refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
- All returns must be done within 14 days of receiving your package in the mail.
- If you choose to pick up your order in the store, please note that you must pick it up as soon as possible. You only have 14 days from purchase date to make a return.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
- We do not process exchanges. Customers will be sent a gift card via email equal to the amount purchased.
- Final sale items and items discounted 25% or higher cannot be returned.
Final Sale Items
The following types of items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Bathing Suits
- Silicone Bras
- Gift Certificates
- Please refer to the complete Return Policy (above) to ensure that your return meets all necessary criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
- Returns can be made by sending the package back to us OR by coming into the store.
- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email + printed invoice) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
Refused or Undeliverable Order(s)
- If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
- If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you as soon as we receive it back. Silver Dollar Boutique is not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
Should you decide against re-shipment, the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund.

Notice: Currently, USPS estimate that it may require more time for packages to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Though we do provide free shipping often, we do not provide free return shipping on any purchase. The return shipping will be at your cost. We ask that you utilize the mailer bag or box that was sent to you.
- All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit (gift card) once we have processed it.

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped in the order received. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date. Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.
Standard Shipping USPS
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time.
- Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 3-12 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Priority Shipping USPS
- Priority shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
- Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.
Priority shipping includes up to $100 in insurance. Refunds will not be given for lost or damaged items. Replacement items will be sent. In the event a replacement item cannot be sent an emailed gift card at the same value will be sent to the customer.
- Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” or there has not been an update for more than 30 days.
- All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
To file a claim, please contact our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org to notify them and if necessary file a case with the shipping carrier.
Silver Dollar Boutique is not responsible for:
- Delays with USPS or any other carrier.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. (The carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages).
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
Select local pickup at checkout. Be on the lookout for an email telling you that your order is ready for pickup! We have most orders ready the same day but that isn't always the case. It may take 24-48 hours to prepare your order.
