Shipping & Returns
We often offer free shipping, but return shipping is not free and is the customer’s responsibility. Please reuse the mailer bag or box your order arrived in when sending items back.
Returns are typically processed within 1–2 business days after we receive them. Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your store credit has been applied to your account.

Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Most orders ship within 24–48 hours
- Weekend orders ship in the order received
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships
USPS Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
- Typically arrives in 3–6 business days after shipping
- Alaska, Hawaii & P.O. Boxes: 3–12 business days
- APO/FPO addresses: up to 15 business days
- Please allow 1–2 business days for processing
Priority Shipping
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM EST typically arrive in 2–3 business days
- Includes up to $100 in shipping insurance
- Please allow 24–48 hours for processing
Shipping Insurance & Claims
Priority shipping includes insurance for lost or damaged packages.
- Refunds are not issued for shipping issues
- Replacement items will be sent when available
- If a replacement cannot be sent, store credit will be issued

Carrier Responsibility
Once a package leaves our store, shipping is handled by the carrier. Silver Dollar Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked as delivered, or packages lost or damaged after shipment. Your local post office can help with delivery details.
Local Pickup
Select Local Pickup at checkout. Most orders are ready the same day, but please allow up to 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
