Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information
• While we often offer free shipping promotions, please note that we do not provide free return shipping. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reusing the original mailer bag or box for your return.
• All returns are processed within 1–5 business days after we receive the package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your store credit (in the form of a gift card).

Order Processing
• Orders are packed and shipped five days a week.
• Orders placed on weekends are processed in the order they are received.
• Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours from the order date.
• You will receive:
1. An email confirmation when you place your order.
2. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (USPS)
• Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days from the ship date, excluding holidays.
• Processing time: Please allow 1–2 business days before shipment.
• Shipping to specific locations:
• Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes: Delivery may take 3–12 business days from the ship date.
• APO/FPO Addresses: Delivery may take up to 15 business days from the ship date.
Priority Shipping (USPS)
• Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM EST are usually delivered within 2–3 business days from the ship date.
• Processing time: Please allow 24–48 hours before shipment.
Shipping Insurance
• Priority shipping includes up to $100 in insurance coverage.
• Refunds are not issued for lost or damaged items. Instead, a replacement item will be sent. If a replacement cannot be provided, a gift card for the value of the item will be issued.
• Claims for packages presumed lost by the carrier can be filed if the status is “not delivered” or if there has been no update for more than 30 days.
• Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 30 days of delivery.
To file a claim, please contact us at orders@shopsilverdollar.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Important Notes
Silver Dollar Boutique is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
• Products lost or damaged in transit (responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package is shipped).
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office for further assistance in these cases.
Local Pickup
• Select Local Pickup at checkout if you wish to pick up your order in person.
• You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
• Most orders are ready the same day, but some may require 24–48 hours for preparation.
