What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a way for you to reserve an item before it’s officially in stock! When you order a pre-order item, you’re guaranteeing yourself one of our upcoming products, and helping us know exactly how many to order.

Here’s how it works:

1. Placing Your Pre-Order: You choose your item, complete your order, and your item will be placed on order date listed on product.

2. Wait for Your Item to Arrive: Pre-order items usually take anywhere from 2-7 weeks to arrive to us. This is because they are either being made or shipped directly to us.

3. Shipping or Store Pickup: Once your item arrives, we’ll package it up and ship it directly to you, or have it ready for you to pick up in-store, depending on your selection.

Important: Pre-orders are a final sale. Because we’re reserving the item specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
