Return Policy

At Silver Dollar Boutique, we want you to feel great about your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return for store credit on eligible items.
A Few Things to Know
Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit, which is applied directly to your customer account once your return is processed.
14-Day Return Window
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
For in-store pickup orders, items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Item Condition
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains (including makeup or deodorant). Items that don’t meet these guidelines can’t be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 days of delivery by emailing orders@shopsilverdollar.com so we can help right away.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but store credit makes it easy to place a new order for something you love!
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Hats & Headbands
- Bathing Suits
- Bodysuits
- Cosmetics
- Lingerie
- Silicone Bras
- Bralettes
- Gift Certificates
- Shoes
- Items discounted 30% off or more
How to Start a Return
- Log into your account at account.shopsilverdollar.com
- Make sure your item is eligible and not final sale
- Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be applied directly to your account and ready to use
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or being left unclaimed, original shipping costs and applicable fees will be deducted from the issued store credit.
