Return Policy

We strive to make you happy with your purchase and keep you in good hands throughout your entire shopping experience and order process!

General Terms

  • Merchandise may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date the order is received for Online Credit or Exchange only (no exceptions). If you choose “store pick-up” as an option, please note that you must pickup your order as soon as possible. You only have 14 days from purchase (NOT PICK UP DATE) to receive online credit or an exchange. 
  • All merchandise must be returned in New Condition (unworn/unwashed) with the original tags attached. Any return received with smells of smoke, pet odor, body odor, makeup stains, pet hair, or deodorant will be refused.

    If you ship your item back to us and it does not qualify for a return, you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned to you. If arrangements are not made within fourteen (14) days, the item(s) will be donated to a local women's shelter.

  • Any item(s) purchased with a discount of 25% off or more is considered Final Sale.

Final Sale Items

The following types of items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or credit (no exceptions):

  • Hats/Headbands
  • Bathing Suits
  • Bodysuits
  • Cosmetics
  • Lingerie
  • Silicone Bras
  • Bralettes
  • Gift Certificates
  • SHOES

Return Instructions

  1. Please refer to the complete Return Policy (above) to ensure that your return meets all necessary criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
  2. Returns can be made by sending the package back to us OR by coming into the store. 
  3. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email + printed invoice) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)

Exchanges

  • If you are exchanging, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
  • If you wish to exchange the size of your item(s), please check and make sure the item/size is available for exchange, and then contact us for additional information.  Please note, due to our inventory constantly changing, we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock.

Refused or Undeliverable Order(s) 

  1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
  2. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you as soon as we receive it back. If it has exceeded the total number of days we allow for a return, we cannot issue credit or cancel the order. As merchants, we are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.

Should you decide against re-shipment, the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund.
