General Terms

    •    Store Credit Only: Refunds for online orders will be issued as a gift card sent via email.
    •    14-Day Return Window: Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your package. For in-store pickups, items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
    •    Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains (e.g., makeup or other marks). Returns that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
    •    Reporting Damages: Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at orders@shopsilverdollar.com for assistance.
    •    Exchanges Not Offered: We do not process exchanges. Instead, a gift card for the purchase amount will be sent via email.
    •    Final Sale Items: Items discounted 30% or more, as well as certain product categories (see below), are final sale and cannot be returned.

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the complete Return Policy above to confirm your item meets all criteria and is not a final sale item.
    1.    Prepare Your Return:
    •    Include your Order Number (found in your order confirmation email or printed invoice).
    •    Provide a brief Reason for Return (e.g., wrong size, defective item).
    2.    Return Options:
    •    Ship the package back to us at the address below.
    •    Drop off the item in-store.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

    •    Refused Orders: If you refuse a confirmed order, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your store credit.
    •    Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being left unclaimed, we will contact you upon receipt. Silver Dollar Boutique is not responsible for undelivered packages caused by these issues. Should you decline re-shipment, the original shipping fees and any associated address verification costs will be deducted from your store credit.
