Returns/Refunds

We strive to make you happy with your purchase and keep you in good hands throughout your entire shopping experience and order process! 

We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

General Terms

  • Returns are for Store Credit only! Online order refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
  • All returns must be done within 14 days of receiving your package in the mail.
  • If you choose to pick up your order in the store, please note that you must pick it up as soon as possible. You only have 14 days from purchase date to make a return. 
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at orders@shopsilverdollar.com for assistance.
  • We do not process exchanges. Customers will be sent a gift card via email equal to the amount purchased.
  • Final sale items and items discounted 25% or higher cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items

The following types of items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Hats/Headbands
  • Bathing Suits
  • Bodysuits
  • Cosmetics
  • Lingerie
  • Silicone Bras
  • Bralettes
  • Gift Certificates
  • SHOES

Return Instructions

  1. Please refer to the complete Return Policy (above) to ensure that your return meets all necessary criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
  2. Returns can be made by sending the package back to us OR by coming into the store. 
  3. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email + printed invoice) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)

Refused or Undeliverable Order(s) 

  1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
  2. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you as soon as we receive it back.  Silver Dollar Boutique is not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.

Should you decide against re-shipment, the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund.
